Through techniques like Thai massage, Ayurveda, and Rebozo, I offer unique experiences that promote relaxation, grounding, and balance. These gentle therapies can alleviate stress, reduce pain, and foster a deeper sense of well-being.

Each session takes around 1:15h/ 1:30h bringing an intention and a deep healing.

One session €55 (in my studio in Arroios)

Pack of three sessions: €150 (In my studio in Arroios)

One session €75 (in your place, specially during postpartum)

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing what I can only describe as the best pregnancy massage ever, thanks to Milagros. As a pregnant lady, I had been experiencing some additional tension and aches in my body. Milagros provided full-body relief that took away the tension from my toes to my fingertips and earlobes.
